Welcome to our site. Bespoke Consultants' core aim is to improve the way businesses approach gender issues, principally in the construction industry.

We do this through a number of services. For example, our high-quality workshops focus on retaining and developing women in construction and other male-dominated industries. Their main aim is to open a dialogue for what is often an uncomfortable subject for many managers. We create a positive atmosphere where people can gain new insights and a better understanding of the female workforce and the barriers they have to overcome.

We also run courses for women in construction. They're the perfect opportunity to not just learn better management techniques in a male-dominated environment, but also to network and share experiences.

Outside of the classroom, we educate and inform women interested in the joining the construction industry. We advise everyone from school leavers to mother-returners about the areas in which they could work; point them towards the qualifications that they might need; and help them make the big career choices.

We also act on a consultancy basis for companies considering, recently taking on or wishing to review their strategy on women in the workplace.

We can't magically eradicate all the problems. But by taking our courses or asking our advice, you'll have a much better understanding of the problems surrounding women in heavily male-dominated environments. We know that it can be a daunting prospect - for both the employer and the employee - and we're here to help.
